The system of types of body builds on the previous pages differs from known
typologies according to which forms or shapes of human bodies systematize in
modern medicine and physiology where physiologists usually allocate three types
of human bodies which differ with quantity of a muscular and adipose tissue:
- Endomorph (and also in different morphological systems there is the name Pyknic type) has strong muscles and
a significant adipose tissue;
- Mesomorph (and also the name Athletic type is known) has strong muscles
and have no plenty of adipose tissue;
- Ectomorph (and also the name
Asthenic type is known in different morphological systems) has no strong muscles
and have no adipose tissue.
In essence in different morphological typologies in modern medicine and
physiology allocate types of human bodies which differ with weight:
- The massive morphological type of a body has big volumes;
- The normal morphological type of a body has average sizes;
- The light morphological type of a body has slim shapes.
Except for weight it is necessary to consider growth as bodies of people can be
high or medium or short, that forms 9 morphological types which are shown in the
table:
![]() |
The left figures correspond to massive type, the middle
vertical figures correspond to normal type, the right figures correspond
to light type of a body. The top figures correspond to high growth, the
middle horizontal figures correspond to medium growth, the bottom
figures correspond to short growth of a body. Total there are 9
morphological types which can be named: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 |
Morphological types of human bodies are compared to numbers of Pythagorean
numerology according to mathematical rules of a magic square, namely the sums of
numbers on verticals or horizontals or diagonals of the table are identical,
that corresponds to rules of a magic square. And also morphological types of
human bodies are compared to names of mythological gods of the Ancient Greece
and special symbols which have the name "tridigrams" and are known from the
ancient Chinese Canon of Supreme Mystery "Tai Xuan Yijing" or "Tai Hsuan
Ching".
Tridigrams of Tai Xuan Jing consist of lines of three kinds and everyone tridigram
has two lines:
- entire
unary lines symbolize high growth
and massive weight of a body;
- break
binary lines symbolize medium growth
and normal weight of a body;
- double break
triple lines symbolize short
growth and light weight of a body.
Also positions of lines in tridigrams matter:
- lines on the top positions correspond with growth;
- lines on the bottom positions correspond with weight.

Morphological types (types of morphology) are not identical to types of body
builds as are systematized according to the general sizes of bodies and do not
consider parameters of separate levels, and 16 types of body builds in frontal
projections and 64 types in lateral projections are systematized according to
the sizes of separate levels. Therefore it is necessary to consider combinations
of morphological types with types of body builds, namely it is necessary to
identify types of body builds and then to identify morphological types. And also
it is necessary to consider somatic types Yin and Yang.
In total there are 9x16=144x64=9216x2=18432 possible combinations which
determine a variety of human bodies. For example, the body of a person
corresponds to 16th type of a build in frontal projection and to 64th type of a
build in lateral projection, and also corresponds to 9th morphological type and
somatic type Yang, that forms the summary type of body constitution or otherwise
to tell constitutional type which can be designated +S/9m/16f/64l or +9M16F64L.
Letters mean:
S - somatic type which can be Yin or Yang that is designated by signs plus or
minus;
M - morphological type;
F - type of a build in frontal projection;
L - type of a build in lateral projection.
In total 2 somatic types, 9 morphological types, 16 and 64 types of body builds
in frontal and lateral projections form variants of constitutional types which
can be identified during morphological analyses.
Or it is possible to consider the simplified schemes and to consider
combinations of 2 somatic types with 9 morphological types and 4 types of bodies
ABCD in frontal projections, that in total forms 2x9x4=72 variants. Or it is
possible to consider 2 somatic types and 9 morphological types that forms 2x9=18
variants.
Morphological types of a body, as well as types of body builds, determine mutual
appeal of people as the weight and growth are attributes of physiological
compatibility. Massive types are attractive to massive types, and light types
are attractive to light types. Or according to a principle of contrast massive
types are attractive to light types, and light types are attractive to massive
types as supplement each other, or otherwise to tell compensate redundancy or
insufficiency of weights.
For example, in Japan weight of a body of people small and consequently the
public opinion idolizes Sumo wrestlers who have significant weight. And in the
USA weight of a body in population frequently is very much greater and
consequently thin beauties from fashionable magazines are attractive. Hence,
thin and stout people compensate a difference of bodies, namely pay attention to
opposite morphological types as from the physiological point of view for thin
probably impossible for stout, and for stout probably impossible for thin.
Normal morphological types are attractive to any other types and can perceive
other types as attractive, but everyone prefer people with similar normal weight
of a body and experience discomfort in mutual relations with other types, and it
causes reciprocal discomfort from massive and light types. In essence the
physiological discomfort in relation to people of other types arises only at
normal morphological types as they perceive massive or light types as
unbalanced. Therefore massive or light types feel diffident in mutual relations
with normal types, but irrespective of normal types are attractive the friend to
the friend as supplement or correspond each other. However, mutual relations
between people of massive and light types can be strained, but actually pressure
are caused by any psychological contradictions instead of physiological
differences of bodies.
If a person possesses normal morphological type then should not criticize any
person with light or massive type as it will be painfully apprehended. And if a
person possesses light or massive type then can criticize other types as it will
not cause negative reaction, but if between people there are no psychological
contradictions which are connected with types of body builds and are caused by
the expressed and not expressed levels of bodies in lateral and frontal
projections.
The size of growth too determines mutual appeal of people. High growth is
attractive to people of high or medium growth, short growth is attractive to
people of short or medium growth, and medium growth is attractive to people of
any morphological types.
The size of growth is not the reason of essential discomfort in mutual relations
of people, but however people of high and short growth are not attractive each
other. Provided that appeal depends on a sexual belonging, namely people of high
and short growth are not attractive each other if belong to one sex and if sex
is different then can be attractive, but women should not be above men. Namely
men of high growth are attractive to women and women of short growth are
attractive to men, or otherwise it is possible to tell that men see attractive
women who do not exceed man's growth.
Except for weight and growth during analyses of human mutual relations it is
necessary to consider the expressed and not expressed levels of bodies, namely
except for morphological types it is necessary to consider types of body builds
according to which there are sympathies or antipathy, as men like women with the
expressed bottom levels and women like men with the expressed top levels of a
body.
For example, types 8M/13F/11L and 4M/5F/12L.
If the first type belongs to the man and the second type belongs to the woman
then these types possess mutual appeal from the view point of morphology of
bodies, as growth of the man is taller above growth of the woman and weight of
the man is equal to weight of the woman. Though high and short growths are
non-comparable, but as it is a question of short growth of the woman and high
growth of the man then mutual relations are compatible.
Also these types possess sympathy from the view point of body builds, that is
possible to see in frontal projections of bodies as woman has the expressed
bottom levels and man has the expressed top levels of bodies. But these types
possess antipathy (have different sights at the world) if to analyze parities of
body levels in lateral projections, though if it is a question of mutual
relations of the man and the woman then psychological properties can be
coordinated.
If both these types belong to men or both belong to women then mutual relations
are inconsistent as high and short growths do not approach each other, and also
different outlooks are not counterbalanced by sexual distinctions.
In the end of this page it is necessary to tell that morphological types were
known in ancient India and made a basis of typology of human bodies in a context
of the Ayurveda which was a source of old Indian medicine. Namely people
considered three qualities of human bodies according to the Ayurveda:
- VATA possesses an attribute of air and has property of mobility that is
comparable to normal weight of a body;
- PITTA possesses attributes of fire and water, and has properties of easiness
and variability that is comparable to light weight of a body;
- KAPHA possesses attributes of earth and water, and has properties of
durability and sluggishness that is comparable to a massive body.
Besides according to the Ayurveda there are three qualities of consciousness:
- RISHI is a learning part of consciousness, namely if a person possesses this
quality then aspires to learn people;
- DEVATA is process of knowledge, namely a person with this quality learns
itself and does not focus own consciousness on people, and also does not focus
consciousness of people on itself;
- CHANDES - is a cognizable part of consciousness, namely if a person possesses
this quality then aspires to focus consciousness of people on itself.
RISHI is possible to correlate to high growth, namely it is possible to tell
that people of high growth aspire to be learning.
CHANDES is possible to correlate to short growth, that is people of short growth
aspire to be cognizable.
DEVATA is possible to correlate to medium growth and characteristics of people
who possess intermediate quality of consciousness between learning and
cognizable.
In total three qualities of human bodies and three qualities of consciousness in
a context of the old Indian Ayurveda are comparable to 9 morphological types,
and in essence comparable with 9 numerological numbers if to consider that
numbers have an old Indian origin.
The following page gives the detailed information about numerological numbers and morphological gradation of bodies in hierarchy of gods in the Greek mythology, and also correlates bodies of gods to somatic types Yin and Yang.
